Haven't been able to get it working with Visual Studio 2010 on Windows 7. Is there a new release coming some time in the nearer future?

Super useful! I don't know if it works with VS 2010, but let alone for 2008 it is one of the most helpful addins I've ever seen just because it minimizes the effort when dealing with resources. Lightweight - simple - perfect! 6 stars!
